Booking Policies — Octa Collection

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability and possible additional charge.
  • Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged in advance — please contact us at least 24 hours before departure. Unauthorized late check-out may result in an additional night charge.
  • Check-in is self-directed via keypad entry. Your unique access code will be sent by email prior to your arrival date. No front desk visit is required.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested to verify identity upon check-in.
  • The minimum age to book and occupy a unit is 21 years old.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available when cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will forfeit one night's room rate.
  • No-shows (failure to check in without prior cancellation) will be charged for the full reservation amount. No refund will be issued.
  • Reservations made for special event dates, holidays, or peak season periods may be subject to a stricter cancellation policy, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
  • To cancel a reservation, contact us by phone at +1 850 338 6376 or by email at reservations@octacollection.com with your booking confirmation number.
  • Octa Collection LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., property damage, emergency). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

House Rules

  • No smoking anywhere on the property — indoors, on balconies, or in parking areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Violations result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
  • No pets of any kind. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law with advance notice.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighboring guests during these hours.
  • No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the stated maximum occupancy for your unit. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • Please treat the property with respect. It's our home — and we'd like it to remain beautiful for every guest who follows you.
  • All local ordinances and laws apply to guests on the property at all times.

Payments & Security Deposit

  • Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • A refundable security hold (amount varies by room type) will be placed on your card at the time of booking or check-in. This hold is released within 3–7 business days after a damage-free checkout.
  • Rates displayed are per night and do not include applicable taxes and fees, which are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Octa Collection does not charge a resort fee. What you see is what you pay.
  • Third-party booking platforms may apply their own service fees. Booking directly through our website ensures the lowest total cost.

Privacy Policy

Octa Collection LLC ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data when you use our website or make a reservation.

  • Information We Collect: Name, email address, phone number, payment information, check-in/check-out dates, and any special requests you provide.
  • How We Use It: To process your reservation, communicate with you about your stay, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • Payment Security: Payment processing is handled by our booking platform. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
  • Cookies: Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
  • Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

OCTA Etiquette — Harmony by Design

Octa Collection is built around intention. These eight principles keep the space serene for every guest who stays here.

    A Breath of Fresh Air. Octa Collection is a strictly non-smoking property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices — inside, on balconies, and in all common areas.

    An Intimate Environment. To preserve the curated condition of our rooms, we are unable to host pets. This ensures a comfortable, allergen-free experience for every guest in the Collection.

    Respect the Rhythm. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating noise that disrupts the natural flow of the neighborhood. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

    Mindful Presence. Maximum occupancy is strictly observed in accordance with local guidelines. We appreciate you keeping your group within the designated limit.

    Collection Privacy. To maintain the sanctuary of our space, only registered guests are permitted on the property.

    Considered Capacity. We accommodate one vehicle per reservation. Thank you for helping keep the way clear and accessible for all guests.

    Graceful Exit. Please review the checkout instructions below before you leave.

Before You Leave

Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Your unique entry code expires automatically at that time. Before you head out:

    Check for all personal belongings. Double-check for chargers, jewelry, and passports before you head out.
  2. 02
    Turn off all lights and electronics. This helps us reset the sanctuary for the next arrival.
  3. 03
    Place used towels in the shower or tub. There is no need to strip the linens — our team handles everything.
  4. 04
    Confirm all windows and doors are locked. Your entry code expires automatically at 10:00 AM.
  5. 05
    Safe travels home. Until you return to the Collection.
