How We Got Here

We built the place we wished existed.

Front Beach has always been one of Florida's best stretches of coastline. The problem? Most of the accommodation options haven't kept up. They were either aging properties with dated rooms, or expensive hotels far removed from the ease and intimacy that makes a beach trip feel like an actual escape.

We saw an opportunity to do something different: build a boutique property from scratch, right here on Front Beach, that people would genuinely be excited to return to. Rooms that look like they belong in a design magazine. Bathrooms with real marble. Kitchens with real appliances. Chandeliers and herringbone floors that make you feel like you're somewhere special — because you are.

The name Octa comes from the eight-sided geometry woven into our logo — a nod to balance, intention, and the careful craft we put into every corner of this property. We're proud of what we've built. And we think you'll love staying in it.

Nothing about Octa Collection was chosen for convenience. Every finish, fixture, and furniture piece was selected with intention. The Calacatta marble in your bathroom, the ring chandelier above your bed, the herringbone floor underfoot — each one considered, none of it default.

A beautiful room that isn't comfortable is just a photograph. We invest heavily in the things you feel before you see them: mattress quality, pillow count, water pressure, air conditioning response, blackout curtain thickness. Because good sleep is the foundation of a good trip.

We believe you shouldn't have to choose between a beautiful stay and an affordable one. Our rooms are priced to be genuinely accessible while delivering a quality that's hard to find at any price. Full kitchens, free parking, no resort fees — the extras aren't extras here.

Octa Collection is a newly constructed boutique property on Front Beach Road — designed from the ground up for the modern traveler. The building itself is clean and architectural: white-and-black exterior, private balconies, on-site parking, EV charging, and a layout that gives every guest real privacy.

Inside, no two room categories are identical, but all share the same commitment to quality. You'll notice the difference the moment you walk in — the smell of fresh paint, the solidity of the finishes, the fact that everything just works.
