Before You Arrive

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability — just contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. Additional fees may apply for late check-out.
We use a keypad entry system — there's no traditional front desk. After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive your unique entry code by email and/or text message before your arrival. Everything you need will be in that confirmation. If you have any trouble, we're always reachable by phone.
Yes, completely free. Every unit has a dedicated on-site parking spot. We also have accessible parking spaces available. No daily parking fee, no permit sticker, no hassle.
All of our rooms include a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, range, microwave, and cookware. Please note that none of our units include a dishwasher — manual dishwashing is required. Dining seating varies by room: Unit 201 and units 103 & 104 seat up to 4; units 202–205 and units 101 & 102 have a breakfast bar or small table for 2. All rooms have coffee makers. We're sorry — Octa Collection is a pet-free property. We maintain a strict no-pet policy to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, including those with allergies. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us in advance if you'll be traveling with a registered service animal.
Yes. Octa Collection is a 100% non-smoking property — this includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Smoking is not permitted inside any unit, on balconies, or in any common areas. Violations may result in a cleaning fee.
Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may result in a one-night charge. No-shows are charged for the full reservation. Please see our full Cancellation Policy for complete details or contact us if your plans change unexpectedly.
Very close — Octa Collection sits on Front Beach Road, and the Gulf of Mexico is within easy walking distance. No shuttle required, no long drives to a beach access point. You'll be able to see the water and hear the waves. Exact walking distance depends on which unit you're in, but it's a short, easy walk from your door.
Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included with every stay, no extra charge. Our network is fast enough for HD video streaming, video calls, and remote work. Connection details are provided in your welcome message. We don't throttle or limit data.
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse booking or entry to guests who do not meet this requirement.
A refundable security hold may be placed on your credit card at the time of booking or at check-in. This hold is released within 3–7 business days after checkout, assuming no damage or policy violations. The exact amount varies by room type and stay length. We do occasionally offer promotions for extended stays and returning guests. The best way to stay informed is to book direct (via our website) and reach out to us by phone or email before your booking. We'll always do our best to find you the best available rate.

During Your Stay

House Rules & Checkout

Octa Collection is committed to a quiet, intentional environment for all guests. Our eight house rules:

  1. No smoking anywhere on the property — indoors, on balconies, or in common areas. Includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.
  2. No pets of any kind. This keeps the space allergen-free for every guest. Service animals permitted with advance notice per applicable law.
  3. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties or noise that disrupts the neighborhood.
  4. Maximum occupancy is strictly observed per local guidelines. Do not exceed the limit listed on your reservation.
  5. Registered guests only. Only guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property.
  6. One vehicle per reservation. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at guest expense.
  7. Treat the furnishings with care. Our curated interiors and custom pieces are here for every guest — please handle them as you would your own.
  8. Review checkout instructions before you leave (see below).
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask that you refrain from hosting gatherings or making noise that disrupts the natural flow of the neighborhood during these hours. City Ordinance No. 1686 applies — violations carry fines up to $500 and may constitute a criminal offense.
We accommodate one vehicle per reservation. All parking is in the lot in front of the building. Your vehicle must display a valid parking pass at all times — this is provided with your booking confirmation. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the guest's expense.

Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Your entry code expires automatically at that time. Before you leave:

  1. Check for all personal belongings — double-check for chargers, jewelry, and passports before heading out.
  2. Turn off all lights and electronics — this helps us reset the space for the next arrival.
  3. Place used towels in the shower or tub — no need to strip the linens, our team handles everything.
  4. Confirm all windows and doors are locked.
  5. Safe travels — until you return to the Collection.
